In this user guide, we will walk you through the process of registering a new service provider on our platform. This will allow you to have quick access to their services for your next booking. So let's get started!
Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the home screen of the app. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a navigation bar and click "Settings". Next, click on the "Service Providers" tab to proceed.
On the Service Providers screen, you will see a list of all the service providers that are available on our platform. At the top right corner of the screen, you will see an "Add" button. Click on it to register a new service provider.
You will now be directed to the registration form for the new service provider. You will need to fill in the Email Address or Phone Number of your service provider. Next, click on "Add" button.
After you have submitted the registration form, our team will review the information provided by the service provider. Once they are approved, you will receive a notification on your app. This usually takes 1-2 business days.
Once the service provider is approved, you can now access their profile by going to the "Service Providers" tab and selecting their name from the list. Here, you can view their contact information, service details, and availability.
