Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the home screen and click on "Upcoming" status tab where you can see all the approved jobs by you. Select the job you are currently working on from the list.
Once you're on the way to the customer's location, simply swipe right on the "Arriving at the Location" button on the bottom of job details page. This will send an automated message to the customer informing them that you are on the way to the location.
Once you have arrived at the Location, swipe right on the "Arrived at the Location" button and this will save you the hassle of calling or texting the customer to inform them of your arrival. Anyway, the chat feature in the booking page will allow you to communicate effectively with the customer.
After notifying the customer of your arrival, you can start the job by clicking on the "Start a Job" button on the job details page. This will start the timer for the job and the customer will be able to track your progress in real-time.
Once you have completed the job, swipe right on the "Complete a Job" button on the job details page. This will send an automated message to the customer informing them that the job has been completed. It is important to maintain high quality service that will be reflected on your ratings and positive feedback to attract more customers in the future. Use the chat feature to send any photos or documents as the evidence of your cleaning job.
